Refund & Shipping Policy

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Refunds are not applicable once rental equipment has been delivered and accepted.
  • Undelivered Equipment: A Full refund will be issued only if the equipment is not delivered.
  • Security Deposit: Refunded within 7 business days after return and inspection.
  • Damage: Any damage or missing parts will result in deductions from the security deposit.
  • Request for return can be made within two days, if any damage or defected/missing products has been delivered.
  • Defect on Delivery: Refund will be credited within 7 days to the original source of payment method. 
  • Replacement will be deliver within 7- 10 days.
