- Rental Terms

- Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned after inspection upon return.
- Usage: Equipment must only be used for personal/home use unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
- Damage/Loss: Users are liable for any physical damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period.
- Late Return: Delays in return may result in additional charges.
- Purchase Terms
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
- Warranty details (if any) are provided with the product.
- We do not guarantee compatibility of devices with third-party accessories.
- Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location and availability.
- The customer is required to inspect the product upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
- For rentals, pickup will be scheduled based on the rental agreement.
- Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without charges.
- If cancelled after dispatch, delivery fees and/or restocking charges may apply.
- Payments
- We accept digital payments, UPI, credit/debit cards, and COD (where available).
- Invoices will include applicable GST and other taxes as per Indian law.
- Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Any harm or injury resulting from the misuse of equipment.
